Certain parts of this job are really irritating. I got my February schedule. Every single day I requested off, I’m
scheduled to work. The schedule was
released late too. I thought the entire
scheduling process was supposed to be done through a computer system, I’m not
sure why there’s always delays and screw ups.
I tried to submit changes to the schedule, which should also be approved
or denied pretty much instantly, but a full day later, my requests are still
“being processed”. In the meantime, the
days I wanted off have gone from “green” to “red” on the reserve grid – meaning
there aren’t enough people to cover those days.
