Did you really need that? KL day 4

I can post this now because the new card arrived yesterday!!! lol

So I’m not going to post this right away, but... I lost my credit card and id in Malaysia.  I don't know what happened!  I slept in today and enjoyed relaxing on the couch.  Coming to stay with Ami has bên really great for catching up on sleep and getting ready for the rest of my trip.

Around noon we went to the pharmacy and photo shop so i can buy things that i forgot to pack with my "light packing".  I needed to get things like face wash, face lotion, razers, a face mask (for the polution in bangkok - apparently, there is a special M3 rated face mask to use when the polution ís really bad) and I also needed to get photos to submit with my Vietnam visa.  After shopping, we went for lunch at a mall nearby that hád good beef noodles.  >> disclaimer for all the weird spelling - this hostel computer ís apparently not set up for English typing, so it kếps corecting ỏr changing all òf my words and it is REALLY annoying trying to fix it all.  Hopefully, you still get my points<<

Á we walked thorugh the mall, i remember thinking "are all ò my pockets zipped on my purse zipped? and i kept my hand on it".  I đin't take out my phone ỏ anything while walking through the mall.  We had an amazing lunch, but when we stood up to pay, my wallet was gone.  Ami said thí mall is not touristy, so he doén't think i was pickpocketed... but we have no idea what happened to my wallet between the pharmacy and lunch :(

Needless to say, I spent much of the afternoon on the phone with my credit card company.  Fortunately, i wasn't super upset.  I had seaparated my debit card and my pasport ứa also at the house.  BIG advice for travel, never kêp your cards ỏ id's in the same place.  Also, I still have my phone and pasport, so I really feel ok about thí.  upset that I could be so foolish, esp so soon during my trip, but it í what it is.  I also switched to a card with emerergency replacement.... so they're sending my new card to my hostel in Vietnam.  Should arive Jan 30.  Fingers crossed.

I went to the ATM and got some cash out.  Ami went to dinner with hís parents, so I went down to the Central Market to mêt Karen and Andrew to walk around, look at shops and then stopped for some Clay Pot Chicken.  I'm seriously going to get fat with all thí amazing food!!!
