Chiang Mai is so different than Vietnam. There are western tourists Everwhere. It's so touristy. The temples are beautiful but it feels a bit like Disney. It is nice that everyone speaks English though.
I got up and switched hostels this morning to Hug Hostel, just outside the north gate of the city. After dropping off my things, I walked around. Thailand is SO HOT! Like ungodly hot. I was only outside for a few hours before I went back to nap at the hostel.

This hostel has a rooftop bar where I watched sunrise.
The rooftop bar is an awesome way to meet other travelers. I met all of these people.
We even started playing drinking games together haha
There's a food market right by the hostel that we all walked to later.
Apparently, the "Cow Boy Hat Lady" is a thing because Anthony Bourdain ate there. So I had to try it. Pretty good!
